The victim in this case was a minor female acquaintance, age 12. Damouth has a prior conviction for fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct in Michigan. Upon his release, he will be under supervision by the Wisconsin Division of Community Corrections and will be required to comply with all rules of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry Program. “This sex offender is not wanted by the police at this time. This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather, it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public,” authorities said in a press release.
