" Kudos go out to the call the police received about this drug house. Im not trying to be hard on those who choose to smoke pot. What I do not understand is why people have to do that in the first place? Its stupid, what it gives you a high for a little bit. Puts a little extra money in your pockets which these individuals are too lazy to go out and work for a living and earn money the easy way.

I am happy that the raid happened. At least children in that area and surrounding areas do not have to witness drug trafficing. Lets just hope our younger children in todays society have learned enough to say "NO".

A job well done by TPD. "

" The only one reason to take illegal drugs is to get high or feed an addiction. The distribution and sale of these drugs cause the obvious problems. Marijuana is one of these illegal drugs. It may not have effects as bad as other drugs but for now it is as illegal. There are reasons to follow the rules of society. If you don't agree with these rules work to change them. Alcohol can be very addicting but can be used, as with most people, without addiction or problem. Anyone that believes that there is no difference is not being realistic. "

" gee I didnt know this was grammar school ..excuse me ..I regret my grades in school were bad but you know exactly what I mean ..all im saying is everyone needs to back off the people that do smoke pot and let them decide if its right or wrong ..sure if they sell it to minors or just plain sell it I understand but just smoking it why such a big deal a person gets caught 5 times dui and still walks the streets so they have that chance to do in someone ..take their life away but thats ok with society..just slap their hand after the 5th offense and take a payment..why not put them in prison and teach them a lesson ..im done and pardon my writeing skills as I have none but you can rub that in to ..peace out!! " I never said I smoked pot just have never understood why whiskey and beer which get you drunk is just like getting high in moderation anything is ok so it does make sense and your right they should both have the same rules whiskey is a drug and has the same effects if not worse check out the stats and then get back with me "

Your argument doesnt make sense. wrote on Jun 6, 2008 10:12 AM:

" Whiskey, beer and other alcohol are legal in small amounts.

Drinking to excess, drinking and getting in a fight, drinking and driving, drinking and getting in a wreck and killing someone are just as much a crime as you and your pothead buddies smoking weed.

So, if you're comparing drinking and driving to smoking weed...then neither one is OK "

" why is whiskey and beer ok but not weed ,il take my chances with weed and prob wont wreck and kill someone "
