Rain forces another weekend of cancellations

Another weekend, another torrent of cancellations.

Baseball, boys golf, softball and boys tennis all fell victim to the Thursday/Friday rain marathon. Rainouts and reschedules are as follows:

* Baseball. Thursday’s home game against La Crosse Aquinas has been rescheduled for Tuesday. The Timberwolves will also play a home doubleheader against Hudson today (Monday). The twinbill was originally scheduled for March 29.

* Boys golf. Friday’s Onalaska Invitational was cancelled and will not be rescheduled.

* Softball. Thursday’s MVC game at La Crosse Aquinas has been rescheduled for Wednesday, 3 p.m. Friday’s non-conference game at Westby will played May 3 at 4:30 p.m.

* Boys tennis. Thursday rained-out match at La Crosse Central will be played May 7. Another washed-out match at Viroqua has been rescheduled for May 6.
