Published - Saturday, September 16, 2006 Tomah Boys & Girls Club hosting homecoming lock-in Tomah High School homecoming week festivities can add another event to its list. The Boys & Girls Club of the Tomah Area is hosting a Homecoming Lock-in Saturday, Sept. 30, at The Club, located in Common Grounds Coffee House, 1102 Superior Ave. The event is for high school-age students only, said B&G Club director of marketing Scott Hood. Hood said organizers want to provide a safe environment for students following homecoming activities at Tomah High School. Doors at The Club for the event open at 8 p.m. Anyone interested must arrive before 12:30 a.m. Once inside, those attending cannot leave until Sunday at 8 a.m. unless a parent or guardian picks them up. Music will be provided by a disc jockey and movies will be shown. Cost to spend the night at The Club is $12 per person. The standard fee applies for those wishing to attend from 8 p.m. to midnight. Those wishing to attend the lock-in must pre-register by contacting or stopping at the B&G Club. Call 374-4386 for more information. Tickets for the event are available at the B&G Club, Common Grounds Coffee House and Burnstad’s, sponsor of the event.
